⏰ Check-In & Check-Out -CHECK-IN: 4pm -CHECK-OUT: 10am Apartment Building ‼️Please note that our unit is on the 5th floor of a WALKUP building. There is NO elevator in the building. 📌HOUSE RULES •Please be respectful of the neighbors. The unit is in a very quiet building and neighborhood. •To help keep the apartment clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that shoes be removed before entering. A shoe rack has been provided outside the door for your convenience. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund and a minimum fine of $1,000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. •Quiet hours are between 9pm-8am. If a neighbor complains and/or calls the police for disturbance, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund and fined $1,000. •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •No Smoking of any kind, including vaping, in the house or building. A $1,500 fine will be applied if any evidence is found. •You will be charged $100 for each lost or damaged remote control (TV, AC, Fans). •You will be charged 2x the current price for any damaged item including stained towels and/or sheets. •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation is a violation of house rules and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. •No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. •No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee). •No Pets allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied as well. •We do not allow packages and /or mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. •You will be charged $50 for each lost or damaged house key. PROPERTY DISCLOSURES We have a recording camera on the outside of the front door of the unit, which records video & audio in real-time. There is also a smart home device inside the unit which actively records noise decibel levels, and detects cigarette and smoke. THIS DEVICE DOES NOT RECORD VIDEO OR AUDIO. Please note that these devices must remain powered on at all times for the safety of our guests and neighbors. If they are found to have been unplugged or tampered with, a $1,000 fine will be imposed and your stay will be immediately canceled without refund.
